I'm Olga. I support new moms who are ready to reclaim their energy and navigate motherhood and work with greater ease.
I know the exhaustion that comes from holding it all together without a moment to catch your breath. As a mom, I’m balancing the demands of a full-time job in finance, caring for my baby and my dog, and managing the daily logistics of life — often with very little space to slow down or recharge.
I haven’t figured it all out — because motherhood doesn’t come with a clear path.
But I’ve found tools that help me protect my energy, shift my mindset, and move through the hard days with more clarity and calm.
Before becoming a mom, I spent over a decade pursuing endurance sports — from marathons and triathlons to mountaineering. These experiences taught me how to keep going when things feel hard, to trust in small daily actions, and to build strength from the inside out — lessons I now bring into motherhood and coaching.
As a certified professional coach, nutritionist, and personal trainer, I’ve helped others build routines that support their energy, mindset, and daily rhythm — all grounded in real-life demands.
